1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cd44 ("cd44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at cd44.cam and its associated subdomains and applications.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Payments

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your cd44 account, or to a verified payment method linked to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Before your first withdrawal may be processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process, including identity and address verification.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• cd44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, AML concern, or an open dispute relating to the account.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited from the withdrawal amount. Real-money funds and bonus funds are treated separately in the account balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

cd44 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. cd44 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and in-play wagering activities on the cd44 sportsbook:

• All bets are accepted at cd44's absolute discretion. cd44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet is binding. Bets may not be cancelled by the player after placement except where a cash-out option is available and exercised within the applicable timeframe.

9 Casino Games

The cd44 Casino product, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as all slot and fishing game titles, is subject to the following conditions:

• All casino games offered on the cd44 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's provider and is independent of cd44's operation.
• cd44 is not the developer of the games offered on its platform. Game outcomes are determined by the respective game providers' certified systems.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in registering accounts for the purposes of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.

11 Responsible Gaming

This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of cd44.

13 Limitation of Liability

cd44's total cumulative liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your cd44 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by you: You may close your cd44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Your continued use of the cd44 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cd44 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
